EMTS bush management provides support, skills and information to Government, landholders and community members so they can undertake actions to assist in biodiversity conservation and management, including the identification and management of threats and the recovery of threatened species. This includes identification of significant assets, including vegetation communities, flora and fauna, and management of threats, such as environmental weeds. Our experience spans planning, regulatory approvals, implementation and monitoring. Our breadth of knowledge, and problem solving abilities have resulted in EMTS's engagement on projects beyond the capabilities of much larger organisations. Our capacity to provide timely and relevant advice to clients is enhanced by our ability to provide services at all phases of a project - from pre-feasibility through to design, construction, operation and ultimate closure. EMTS Land Management Support services provides specialised technical support and assistance to landholders and the general community to facilitate best practice land management techniques. The programs provides a mix of locally based staff as well as access to a broad range of visiting technical experts in a wide range of fields including revegetation and agronomic advice, salinity management, hydrology, and land management.
